Visiting Happy Miniature Humans

Small humans grow up quite a bit in two years. We took the first chance possible to hop on a plane and get to Sacramento between Covid surges. The kids acted as if we'd seen them often and greeted us without hesitancy, a sigh of relief on our part! We had to get busy making up for lost time. That meant grandpa needed to teach Turkish Toe Wrestling, Kofte meatball rolling, s'mores fire pit grilling, and join in with vegetable garden oversighting and puzzle solving. All of this within scorching temperatures up to 114 degrees. So there was a lot of indoor activity.
