I Left My Heart.....

Visiting San Francisco and the area is always a treat for us. Its familiar enough that we are comfortable getting around. We've experienced and lived most of the highlights. So we can just hang out and enjoy the small things that make any town unique - there is just a LOT more of that stuff in SF!

Tampa airport actually!

One observation about being in California vs Florida - there were billboards and regular TV commercials enouraging people to get their Covid vaccines. Wouldnt see THAT in Florida where the government prefers to ignore health issues, to the cost of many lives. But, as I've been told by family members, they were going to die anyway.

We got to stay at Farkle Jackie's home in Moss Beach. Always cool, foggy, wonderful hiking and tide pools to explore. We got to talk with some park rangers to learn a bit more of those tide pools.

Portugal Wraps Up, for us, in Cascais

Our drive north west to Cascais, just south west of Lisbon, took us through several beautiful areas including Setubal and the nearby Natural Park of Arrabida that includes the actual waters, a first for Portugal.
